I first tried Mama Norma's Maui sauce about a year ago just on a whim and couldn't believe my luck! There I was strolling through QFC when the label caught my eye and I thought impulsively, “Maybe I'll try that and see how it is”. After visiting the website to see if they had any recipes, I tried the South Pacific Mahi Mahi and had to have more Mama Norma's Maui sauce to see what else I could have it with; it was that good! Now I tell all of my friends and family about Mama Norma's Maui sauce.
