We've recently tested and tasted this recipe and knew right away that you would love it! 

You’ll need…..

Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Package of Bacon
Salt
Mama Norma’s Maui Sauce or Waui Sauce
Wooden or bamboo skewers

Cut chicken breasts into 1&1/2" chunks. Place in a bowl and lightly salt then mix around.

Cut bacon slices into thirds.

Wrap each chunk of chicken with a piece of bacon and skewer. Repeat until skewer is full. NOTE: To avoid uncooked areas between chunks leave about 1/2" space between chunks.

Place skewers on hot grill for from 3-4 minutes per side.

When the skewers are done use a fork to scrape the chunks onto a platter. Drizzle with Mama Norma's while hot and enjoy!

Nacho usual nachos! Comes with a whole new taste sensation! 

You’ll need…..

Cooked beef, chicken or pork
Pineapple chunks
Your favorite nacho fixins

Prepare your nachos as usual. Sprinkle the top with pineapple chunks, pour some Mama Norma's Maui or Waui sauce over the top and you'll say "Nach-ohhh!"

A delicious new spin on the samo potato. Also works great as a dip! 

You’ll need…..

1 Pint of sour cream
2 TBS Mama Norma's Maui Sauce

Scoop the sour cream into a bowl with a spoon. Pour the Mama Norma's Maui Sauce over the sour cream. Mix thoroughly and dip chips or potop your potato!

NOTE: Make a delicious spread by using mayonaisse in place of sour cream. We call it "Mauinaisse"

Here’s a simple recipe to spice up your steak, hamburger or just have as a side dish. 

You’ll need…..

1 large yellow onion or sweet onion
1/4 stick of butter or more to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
Sea Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Mama Norma’s Maui Sauce or Waui Sauce

Remove root cap, neck and outer layer of the onion. Slice onion into 1/8” to 1/4” slices. Cut slices into 1/8” wide strips.

In a sautée pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until it just begins to darken. Add the onion and mix thoroughly with melted butter. Sauteé the onions until opaque and just beginning to carmalize. Add sea salt and pepper to taste. 

Just before removing from heat, add Mama Normas Sauce, mix thoroughly and serve.

If you like mushrooms, you’ll enjoy this. Even though white or brown mushrooms work well, be adventurous and add some Shitake or other varieties.

You’ll need…..

1 pound white mushrooms or brown mushrooms
1/4 stick of butter or more to taste
Olive oil or garlic infused olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Sea Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Mama Norma’s Maui Sauce or Waui Sauce

Clean mushrooms in cold water and trim stalk. Slice mushrooms into 1/8” to 1/4” slices. Set aside.

In a sautée pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add a tablespoon olive oil, add garlic and cook the garlic until just beginning to turn golden in color. Add mushrooms and mix thoroughly with melted butter, olive oil and garlic. Sauteé mushrooms until they are thoroughly heated, add sea salt and pepper to taste. Just before serving, add Mama Norma’s Maui or Waui Sauce. Mix thoroughly and serve.
